Welcome

I have created this space to record what happens while I student teach over the next 5 weeks...perhaps the space will be resurrected when I teach again in September for 8 weeks! This is also a way for all of you my wonderful family and friends to see how this whole teaching thing is going, and hopefully laugh a little if my students say something funny or out of the ordinary!!!

Student Population: 1000 +/- students with 10% aboriginal and 13% Indo Canadian (most culturally diverse school in Mission.
School Goals: Goal #1: Literacy-Objective: To increase the number of students who have the literacy skills necessary to be successful learners. Goal #2: Transition-Objective: To increase individual success rates and achievement of all our students with a focus on our most vulnerable learners.
